If you are looking for a team that is committed to making a difference in the lives of children, look no further than Sacramento ABA. Together, our experienced, compassionate staff are united in our goal to provide tailored, comprehensive care that addresses the needs of each child and their family.
Here’s a closer look at the roles of our team members, who are the foundation of our clinic’s success in delivering the highest quality of care and support to our community.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs): BCBAs, or Board Certified Behavior Analysts, are professionals trained to evaluate clients’ needs, design individualized treatment programs, and oversee the delivery of ABA services. As a result of their considerable background in behavior analysis, we can ensure that each of our clients receives customized, effective care.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): RBTs are trained to carry out ABA treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They engage in one-on-one interactions with clients to instill new skills and mitigate problematic patterns of behavior.
They are an essential cog in the wheel of our business and critical to the therapeutic outcomes we achieve for our clients.
Administrative Staff: Our administrative staff oversees the day-to-day running of our clinic and is tasked with ensuring a positive client experience. They undertake responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. Our staff is the backbone of our clinic, and they work tirelessly to make everyone, from our clients to their loved ones, feel welcome and cared for.
The success of our Sacramento clinic is based on our comprehensive approach. Together, we can assess each client’s unique needs and develop a treatment plan that considers each. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to children and their loved ones
